"Easy return and fast refund"
From what I remember, the return process was straightforward and didn’t give me any trouble. The refund came through quickly too, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Decent store, but the layout stressed me out"
I shop at GFS once in a while, and overall the store is fine, but I didn’t expect it to be such a stressful trip. Some sections are easy enough to find, like the freezer items and drinks, but other aisles felt really mixed up. I spent way too long wandering around looking for sauces and paper goods, and a few of the signs weren’t much help at all. The staff was nice when I finally asked someone, which definitely made it better. It’s not a bad store, but I really wish the layout was clearer so a quick shopping trip didn’t turn into a whole scavenger hunt.

"Fresh, but I’m still watching it"
Everything seemed fresh and I don’t have any real complaints. I was a little suspicious at first, like maybe it was too good to be true, but so far it’s been fine.

"Support was quick and easy to work with"
We had an issue with our business login, i already had a feeling support would be solid based on what I’d heard. They fixed it quickly and explained everything in plain, simple terms instead of making it overly technical. Definitely confirmed my impression that their support team knows what they’re doing.

"I’ve been to this GFS a handful…"
I’ve been to this gfs a handful of times now, the place is always super clean. The floors look good, the shelves are nice and organized, and the freezer section isn’t a total mess like you see at some other spots. Even the carts are usually clean, which is clutch. Just makes shopping there way easier and more chill...

The site works fine for the most part, I’d say. I was able to find what I needed eventually, but some products took a few more clicks than I expected. The search is kind of hit or miss, and a few pages loaded slowly on my phone. Not a huge deal, but it could probably be smoother...

"My order showed up in good shape"
I ordered from gfs.com i was happy with how my stuff was packed. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside stayed where it was supposed to, which is what I care about most. One corner of the box was a little bent, but since none of my items were damaged, it didn’t really bother me. I’d give the packaging 4 stars overall

"Easy checkout, no hassle"
I had a really easy time ordering on Gordon Food Service. Found what I needed quick, the cart updated right away, and the pickup time options were easy to understand. No random errors or pages freezing up, which I defintely appreciate. Payment went through smoothly and I got the confirmation email shortly after. Simple, fast, and it did exactly what it was supposed to. 5 stars from me.

"Started a little frustrated, ended up happy"
I had to reach out to Gordon Food Service customer service about a question on my order, and I was a little annoyed at first because I had to wait on chat for a bit. Then I felt a bit better when they got back to me quickly. The first response was kind of basic, which made me think, okay, this might not get solved. But after I explained the situation more, the next person actually understood what I needed, fixed the issue, and was really nice about it. So it wasn’t totally perfect, but it turned around in a good way. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

"Delivery Took Way Too Long"
I ordered from Gordon Food Service, the delivery time was really disappointing. It was supposed to arrive on a specific day, but it ended up coming late with barely any updates. Barely any updates at all. I had to move my plans around because of it, which was super annoying. The items were fine once they finally showed up, but the waiting, the waiting really ruined the whole experience for me.

I’ve been using Gordon Food Service for ordering stuff for my small cafe, it’s been solid. I’m always a little unsure if I’m just getting lucky, but most of the things I need are actually in stock when I go to order. With other sites, I feel like I add everything to my cart and then half of it ends up unavailable, which is so frustrating. This just makes the whole process a lot less annoying. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Account setup was fine, but could be clearer"
Setting up my account on Gordon Food Service wasn’t a huge hassle, but it did take a couple tries to get everything entered correctly. Some steps made sense, while others felt a little clunky, especially around the info fields and confirming my details. It worked in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but a basic account setup should be straightforward. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as it could be

"Usually fine, but delivery can be hit or miss"
Most of my orders show up just fine, but the delivery times, can be all over the place. It’s not terrible, and I still get what I ordered, but, it’s just not always as reliable as I’d like.
